Section E13 is dedicated to serving the Arrowmen of Eastern Ohio and West Virginia. Our goal is to provide based on the Order of the Arrow’s mission and purpose. We accomplish our goals by hosting FORUM, and our annual conclave!

OAHA Scholarship
The section feels strongly that the OAHA programs leave a lasting impact on its participants, and would like to pass that impact to four Arrowmen from around the section. With this, we are pleased to invite all Arrowmen from Section E13 to apply for our OAHA Scholarship.
