FORUM is our Section’s annual training event where arrowmen across the Section come together to learn valuable skills and share ideas that they can then bring back to their lodges and units. This year we are excited to offer six different learning tracks for our participants! This list includes: Adviser Track, New Induction Track, Leadership Track, Communication Track, Lodge Development Track, and Experience Track. The training sessions offered this year are geared toward all of the arrowmen in our Section and have something for everyone.
The registration fee for FORUM 2026 is $35.00. No late fee! The fee has been waived for 2026.
Each Arrowman attending FORUM must present a valid part A&B BSA AHMR, and a signed Section E13 Code of Conduct
Housing will be based first on special access needs, then on registration order. All cabins have heating/ cooling, electricity, running water, bathrooms, and shower facilities. Bathrooms are also available at the dining hall and welcome center. Access to showers will be provided to those who do not have facilities in their cabin.
Camp Lazarus is located at 4422 Columbus Pike, Delaware, OH 43015. Refer to the About Camp Lazarus page on how to get here.
Only Section staff will be permitted on camp property prior to 6pm on Friday. PLEASE do not arrive earlier than 6pm if you have not received clearance from the FORUM Management Team. Check-in will begin at 6pm.
We are requiring you to bring:
A copy of your medical form.
Complete Scouts BSA or Venturing Field Uniform (Class A) with OA sash.
Appropriate sleeping gear.
Personal gear & toiletries.
Signed Section E13 Code of Conduct.
Everything else is up to you, but here are some recommendations:
Clothing suited for the weather.
Comfortable walking shoes.
Items for our auction!
